1. All the Bells n Whistles
An all-inclusive package including planning, styling and co-ordination. Everything from start to finish is planned in meticulous detail ensuring you have a beautiful, stress-free and stylish wedding day. We take care of everything, making all your wedding dreams become reality using only the best, most reputable vendors. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already started booking your venues, finding suppliers or paying deposits, we’ll take over and ensure you get the most out of your current deals.
This package includes:
- Unlimited face to face meetings with your wedding consultant(s), as needed
- Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s), as needed
- Sourcing of wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations. If these have already been sourced, we’ll take over the management and co-ordination
- Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for every detail of your wedding
- Co-ordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits and payments for venues and suppliers
- Co-ordination and management of ceremony, reception and photography locations
- Advice on etiquette and wedding traditions
- Development of a wedding run sheet, supplier contact list and distribution to all participants and suppliers

2. Wedding Consulting
For those couples that can plan their own wedding but need a bit of advise on the way – this is the service for you!
It’s a one off fee, inclusive of unlimited face-to-face meetings, advise, supplier referrals, styling ideas – anything and everything you need to make your wedding planning easier. The cost is easily offset by the amount of money we can save you while you plan your wonderful day.
This package includes:
- Wedding professionals to call, text, email or meet face-to-face regarding any element of your wedding day (unlimited contact).
- We advise you on how to select the right vendors for your wedding day to how to negotiate a good deal (and save you money). We offer advise on how to do things, how not to do things and alternative ideas to help bring your wedding in within budget.

3. Your Wedding Style Guide
Wedding styling should begin with the invitations and not end until the thank you notes have been posted. We will provide you with a wedding day makeover – helping you and your partner meld your individual styles to create a ‘Wedding Style Guide’ for you to plan your perfect day. This is great for couples that are super organised and need a little help with the theme or style with solid ideas about how to bring it all together.
This package includes unlimited face-to-face meetings with your wedding consultant(s). We’ll have as many meetings as are needed to find the perfect look for your wedding. Once a style or theme has been agreed, Bells n Whistles will set out a style guide for you to plan your wedding. Contact ends with signoff on Wedding Style Guide. A hard copy printout, as well as a PDF softcopy, is included in this package.

4. S.O.S
Don’t miss your day because of last-minute planning stress. This package allows Bells n Whistles to come to your rescue and take over your wedding planning to ensure your wedding day is every bit as great as you dreamed. A must for couples whose plans are not going to plan – with no more than 3 months prior to your wedding day. The price includes styling to see what we can work with and what you want. This package also includes all the remaining planning (and un-planning) that may be required, plus on the day co-ordination.
This package is a must for those who need lots of help, really fast! We’ll do as much as we can, time allowing. Whilst every effort will be made to create what you want, with a short timeframe certain aspects may not be achievable.
This package includes:
- Unlimited face to face meetings with your wedding consultant(s), as needed
- Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s), as needed
- Sourcing of wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations. If these have already been sourced, we’ll take over the management and co-ordination

The price includes a pre-wedding briefing and help with your run sheet and other documentation for venues and planning.

- A face-to-face meeting 10-14 days prior to your wedding at your venue(s) to talk through every aspect of your wedding day and planning
- Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s) after your pre-wedding meeting
- A senior planner and an assistant dedicated to your wedding day
- Attendance, supervision and co-ordination of the entire wedding day (we’ll work as many hours as needed to make your day perfect)
