Weddings are at an all time high in Australia

According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics – divorce is down and weddings are at an all time high in Australia!

HOT OFF THE PRESS: just released at 11.30 this morning. Latest information from the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows we are at an all time record high for the number of Weddings in Australia. Yay! With a rise of .5% there were 121,752 marriages registered and the median age for brides is 29.3 and the groom 31.4. Civil celebrants perform 70.1% of all weddings and 78% of couples live together beforehand. And divorce is DOWN!
