Secrets from the Little Blue Book – what to expect!

We’ve kept it a secret for long enough (we’ve heard that someone is copying our ideas – right down to the core…and whilst imitation is the sincerest form of flattery – I’m not flattered at all!)…so that explains all the secrecy!

Now to spill our ideas and secrets about our next event on 27th November 2012, at Zest Waterfront, The Spit.

What happens between 6pm-9pm on Tuesday 27th November?

Firstly, you don’t have to come for the whole three hours – you come for as long or as little as you want/need – it’s up to you.

On entrance, guests names are ticked off at the door, you receive a little something to wear so that we all know who you are and then you enter the venue and are served amazing food and drinks.

The Bells N Whistles Events team will welcome you in and chat with you about your wedding and how, as wedding planners & stylists, we would make your wedding come to life – giving your real ideas and information. Sharing our trade secrets with you, we look at your budget and discuss ways to stretch the budget a bit further. After a chat with us, we introduce you to some suppliers that you should speak with during the evening.

We also give you a little book (not a blue one – that’s ours!) to use on the evening & a ‘dancecard’ for you to get suppliers to stamp (we’ll explain that at the end!)

Our band, Sincopa, will be playing a ‘dinner set’ from 6:00pm – 6:20pm showcasing how a band should play during meals and allowing conversations to continue.

Again at 7:00pm – 7:20pm the band will play another ‘dinner set’.

At 8:00pm – 8:15pm showcasing a ‘dancing set’ showing you all how they get the party started. The music will be cranked up a bit but conversations can continue on the deck of the amazing venue. After the set, the band manager will talk for a few minutes about how they work etc.

Throughout the evening, the scrumptious food will continue to be served and conversations continue.

When you are ready to leave, you will need to hand in your ‘dance card’. Completed ‘dancecards’ will give you free access to our goodie table.

We believe everything should be about what YOU want, you even get to choose what goes into your goodie bag. From supplier deals (each supplier is offering a special deal for couples who attend our event), samples and edible goodies – you get to choose what you want in your goodie bag.
