Lovely lace styling

What could you do with black lace styling. Well…

You could create some drama on the table by ditching the floral centre pieces and using just candles. For this shoot we used glass candle holders of varying sizes as our centre piece with a tall 50cm cylinder vase in the centre with a large pillar candle. We had black vinyl decals made for the table numbers and stuck these to the tallest vase on the table.

We then used that black lace to create a belly band around the white napkin and glued some lace to some of the candle holders.

Simple – yet effective.

We also added black glassware and a black charger plate with a lace detail placecard.

For styling the rest of your wedding, we would use the lace to tie the bouquets, some black lace on your gown or some lace detail on your bridesmaids gown. We would get a lace stencil or use our lace on the cake and stationery. It may seem like over kill – but in a large room – a bit of lace would get lost, so you need alot of it to make an impact!
